I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it! I'm about to lose control and I think I like it!

My breadmaker arrived!!! Woohoo!!! Woohoo!!!

Unfortunately I neglected to buy milk powder from Mr Sainsbury (having never made bread before) so I substituded some of the water in the recipe for normal milk. Also, I thought that the amount of seeds it recommended you put in wasn't very many so I chucked more in... and added some garlic puree for fun... and some ground coriander... oh, and mixed herbs... and mustard seeds... never had them in bread. Possibly your first loaf isn't the time to experiment as if something doesn't work you don't know exactly what hasn't worked but I'm stupid that way.

We'll find out in four hours! Fingers crossed!
